— About Andrea

Hello — I'm Andrea.

I've spent the last sixteen years looking after thousands of feet. Big feet, tired feet, sensitive feet, and feet that have been neglected. Helping people stay pain-free, mobile and confident is one of my favourite parts of the job, allowing people to stay independent.

I started my career in 2010, and over the years I have worked in care homes and people's own homes. Working with clients of all ages and abilities, including the elderly, people with mobility issues, military personnel, athletes, and people with long-term conditions like arthritis, many have been with me for years.

"I care for the whole foot — not just the bit that hurts today — and I'll always explain what I'm doing."

— Success stories

Real care, real outcomes.

A small collection of case studies shared with kind permission — quiet, careful work that helps clients stay mobile and comfortable in their own homes.

Tripod Callus · Arthritis · Full Capacity

Before

79 year old arthritic female, quietly managing hard skin across three main weight-bearing areas of her foot, known as "Tripod Callus."

My Approach

The client was assessed in her own home with care taken to achieve the best outcome for her needs. Tripod callus developed due to age, arthritis and her natural weight-bearing pattern.

Treatment & Ongoing Care

Using sterile instruments, I gently reduced the hard skin, leaving a thin protective layer — as removing it fully would cause discomfort when walking without insoles or padding. We agreed on regular visits to keep skin smooth and comfortable.

Follow Up

I reviewed the client at home to check progress. The treated area remained healthy with no return of thickened skin. Mobility is good with no issues. Care advice reinforced and next visit arranged.

Type 2 Diabetes · Peripheral Neuropathy · Full Capacity

Before

81 year old male with Type 2 Diabetes, high arches, early neuropathy and age-related arthritis. Good mobility but excess forefoot pressure raises risk of pain and injury.

Treatment

I visited the client at home and explained the diagnosis first. Using sterile equipment, I gently removed callus from the 1st and 2nd metatarsophalangeal joints, which had built up due to high arches, altered weight distribution, early neuropathy and age-related arthritis — relieving pressure and reducing risk. Advice was given to prevent recurrence.

— Kind words

What clients say.

"Andrea provides a friendly and professional service. She sorted my tricky big toe nail and after years of hiding my feet, gave me the confidence to wear sandals again. She also does a lovely job with my husband's feet."

— Questions

Anything on your mind?

I cover a wide area across South Lincolnshire and into Cambridgeshire. Have a look at the Areas Covered list, and if you don't see your village, please ring me anyway. I often add nearby villages, and I'm happy to talk it through.

A standard appointment is around 45 minutes. Diabetic assessments take a little longer, usually 60 minutes, so I have plenty of time to do things properly without rushing you.

Almost never. I work gently, take my time, and check in with you throughout. If anything feels uncomfortable we simply pause. Most people say it's the most relaxed part of their week.

We'll start with a short, friendly chat about your health, any medications and what's been bothering you. Then I'll examine your feet, agree a plan, and carry out the treatment. You'll receive simple advice for between visits — and a cup of tea if you'd like one.

— Booking

Book a visit, or simply say hello.

The easiest way is to ring or send a WhatsApp message. I'll reply personally, usually within a few hours.
